"I want to pass that feeling forward"
The multi-talent songwriter, artist, and producer DOMINIQUE grew up in Stockholm and has been surrounded by music all her life. She's been co-writing songs during her 20s – but this is the first time she is releasing music by her actual name.
"I never thought I would share, what I for so long kept to myself. This is a composed diary. It truly mirrors my life, my thoughts, my hopes, and my dreams.
Even though this was supposed to be for myself only, I’ve realized that sharing is powerful. The music I’ve grown up surrounded by has brought so much joy and comfort into my life, and I want to pass that feeling forward. I enjoy being able to put all my feelings and memories set to music, thankful for having the chance to explore, live and express myself through lyrics, rhythm, and harmonies. This is my authentic contribution to the eternal stream of creativity out there.
Music can navigate us to go in our own direction to our safe spaces, I wish my journey can help someone else to find their own.”
